Cancellation, Return, and Exchange policy
God Bless This Baby seeks to deliver an excellent product to customers. Thank you for your purchase! Please read the return policy if you need an exchange or refund. The desire is to exceed expectations and avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation
Purchases cannot be canceled once payment has been received and shipped. Customers receive an email confirming the shipment is processed. Cancellations cannot be initiated if the product is already underway and left at the fulfillment stage. Once a customer receives a shipment and has missed the cancellation window, a refund can be initiated, and the product can be returned.
If the shipment has not been fulfilled, the cancellation will be processed, and the product will not be sent to the customer.
God Bless This Baby also reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for seen or unseen reasons. Reasons an order may be denied or withdrawn include, but are not limited to, the following issues.
Product availability
Error in payment processing, including NSF
Fraudulent transactions
Errors in price or description
Payment validation and authorization must be cleared before delivery of the product.
God Bless. This Baby will not be responsible for delays or cancellations due to credit/debit/PayPal, etc. payments unable to be processed.

Returning and Exchanging
Returns
For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
· Item was purchased in the last seven days
· Item is unworn in the original packaging
· The Goods were not used or damaged
· You have the receipt or proof of purchase to include a copy with returned goods
The following Goods cannot be returned:
· Altered goods in any manner, such as personalized items.
· Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned deteriorate quality.
· Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are unsealed after delivery and worn or washed to clean after use.
Donations are given to advance the business.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. God Bless This Baby cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, customers are advised to select an insured and trackable mail service. God Bless Baby cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of received return delivery.
God Bless This Baby reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion, including if it is questionable that the Item has been used, worn, or washed and not in brand new condition. Donations are not returnable.
Processing the Return
The goal is to make the process simple and easy. The steps to take to process a return are below.
1. Notify God Bless This Baby customer service within these seven-day return window by emailing service@godblessthisbaby.com or filling in and submitting the Contact Us page.
2. Look for the address to send the returned product on the invoice receipt.
3. Return the product,t and the recommendation is to use a tracking number to ensure delivery to the correct address. God Bless This Baby will not be responsible for items returned and not received.
Process of Return
1. Upon being notified of a return request or exchange, God Bless This Baby will correspond with acknowledgment, if possible,e to the original buyer and request the tracking number.
2. After receiving the returned product, a refund can be issued.
Note -Returns and exchanges that appear to be worn may be repurposed to nonprofit organizations to bless babies in need and are not resale items.
Exchanges
If unable to replace an item due to high demand or limited edition, a fund will be issued based on the price at the time of sale. Exchanges should be requested within seven days of receiving the product.
God Bless. This Baby reserves the right to cancel the order and refuse an exchange due to limited product availability. We desire to always have all sizes and styles in stock, but as we are growing, it may not be feasible to offer an exchange,e and a refund will be provided instead.
